FAQ: How to delete preloaded data?

Q. How can I delete the preloaded problem sets?

A. The easiest way is using "Context menu".

If you long-press (press and hold about 3 seconds) on any problem set item in main screen list, you will see "Context menu" pop-up as shown in left image. There, you will see "Delete" option.

A. In most of the cases, credit card authorization delay or failure is the cause.

Since all the billing activity is tightly controlled by Android market, it's hard for us to see the exact cause of delay. However, we have seen some transactions take 6 hours to go through.

If you still see the problem after 12 hours, please feel free to contact us with your 15 digit Google order number. (It can be found in purchase receipt email and this is the only way for us to see your order detail)

In any case, please don't worry about the credit card charge.
The status "purchased" doesn't mean your credit card is charged.
If you are charged and still cannot download, we will absolutely refund you.

Q. I already purchased. Why Android market try to charge me again for re-download?

A. This type of problem is mostly caused by the change of primary Google account in your phone.

In most cases, it happens by entering new primary account email after factory reset or getting new phone. As a result, Android market recognizes the phone owner as new user and cannot verify the previous purchases.
